“Perfect love casts out fear…. We love because he first loved us” (1 John 4:18-19).
When holding our little one, we may question if our love is enough and may grapple with fears of inadequacy as a mother. Fears of mothering imperfectly can hinder us from freely loving our babies. Such fears rob us of the precious present. Join other mothers of babies in entrusting our vulnerability to God’s loving embrace. Through personal reflection and plenary sharing, we will create space to receive the gift of God’s compassionate love for us and journey from fear to freedom. Babies are welcome and/or you are encouraged to bring another caregiver along. Presented by Carla D'Rozario.
