SUMMARY:Alumni Advent Retreat
DESCRIPTION:For decades our university has been blessed by the gentle care and zeal of Sister Peg Dolan, RSHM, and it is our strong desire to continue her loving ministry to the alumni and friends of Loyola Marymount University!

This year’s Advent Retreat will be held on Sunday, December 6, the Second Sunday of Advent.  Our day will begin with 10:00 a.m. Mass in Sacred Heart Chapel.  Immediately after Mass, we will gather in The Collins Faculty/Alumni Center for brunch and  an afternoon of prayer and reflection.

Recalling the graces of Sister Peg, Father Rob Scholla, SJ has chosen Marian themes for this afternoon of prayer: “Mary’s Journey to Bethlehem.”  This retreat will engage the spirituality of the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary and the Society of Jesus, and it is our sincere hope that our time of reflection, quiet prayer and companionship will strengthen you as we enter the Christmas season.  The retreat will conclude at 4:00 p.m.
